• Growth Plan: $1,500 for more extensive credits, SaaS discounts, and pitch deck design, including company incorporation services.
• Scale Plan: $5,000 for startups ready to scale, offering up to $50,000 in cloud credits, custom development, and comprehensive advisory support.

TeraFunders strives to provide exceptional service to all startups. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is requested. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Starter Plan: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no services (consultations, credit applications, etc.) have been rendered.
• Growth Plan and Scale Plan: Due to the nature of the more extensive services provided in these plans (including consultations, incorporation services, and credit applications), refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If the services have already been initiated or completed, a refund may not be possible.
